In my Madden 23 franchise I had two players disappear. In two different seasons I had a player (a drafted running back first, then Allen Lazard the next year) disappear. Auto subs work by sub-out being the level they'll be taken out, with sub-in being the level they get put back in, but i don't believe this works on percentile so players with low stamina can get shafted here.
