I have checked all the wiring, replaced pulse generator, regulator, cdi, spark plug, coil lanyard switch and still no spark. Stator checks out OK. Anyone know any tests / info on what to do next? Already done New CDI came from quadboss in the USA .I disconnected the regulator/rectifier, and it wouldn't spark. Replaced the CDI, but that didn't fix it. Replaced the Voltage regulator, and fixed my problem. I even installed the Old CDI after replacing the regulator and it worked.
