Clearly, the newer NBMEs are more predictive AND they represent the questions much better. To compare these to the UWSAs, 1 and 2 have a .619 and .681, respectively.I took 31 1 week before my exam and got 59. I pushed for an extra week and then took it and I passed. Bare in mind I took another nbme and got 68 and then 74 in free 120. So I would definitely push and take more assessments. This was me exactly. I took the 120 and got 70%.
