Zilka, a 12-year veteran with the Joliet Police Department was off-duty at the time of second accident. Schauer, a 10-year member with the Berwyn Police Department was also off-duty at the time of the crash.Erin Zilka is facing charges of felony aggravated DUI after allegedly driving her vehicle into a truck that had been disabled on I-55 and Rt. 30 back on January 19th.
