Select "layer" in visible hud option of debug tool. You can see render resolution in Link. It may be lower than your setting of PC app.The blurriness might be because the lenses aren't centred to your pupils, which would 100% be the case if its resting on your cheeks because it needs to be higher up to get a good sweet spot.
