According to the MEC 9000 instruction book, on page 25, it states to turn the adjustment nut counter clockwise (loosen) to raise the nut on the collet which will resize the brass smaller. A clockwise adjustment lowers the nut and will not resize the brass as much.A few differences to consider: The Hornady primer feed is definitely better than the old 100 primer Mec design. I cannot comment on the newer 200 primer model. It easier to take partially completed shells out (and back in) on the 9000 but can be done on the 366.
