I am not talking about once in awhile. Looking at the parts breakdoun, about the only thing I can think of is a broken ejector spring (182 on diagram). I cannot eject a spent or loaded round from the chamber.So far my P11 has only had 2 kinds since purchased by me. After a solid soak, dry, fluff and buff w/a re-lube it's only had Federal Standard 115 FMJ. 4-500 rounds w/o any issues. My wife carries it w/Copper Only Projectiles 115+P JHP. They were pricey at 22.00 for a box of 25, but have a rating of 394 ft lbs of impact. Pretty hot round for a 115.Here is how I set up my 3 P11s. I carry at least one everyday and depend on it with my life. Parts I replace: 1. I use the 12 round Mec Gar magazine from KT. I load only 11 rounds with one in the chamber. I just received a new Trigger scale that goes from 8 oz. to 8 lbs. I checked my P11 with the Mcarbo spring kit, and the RTK short stroke trigger. It is pulling at 6 lbs - 6 lbs 4 oz.
