Code 520344, off idle & stalling. November 24, 2015. I kept throwing this code the last few times i have rode. 520344 with 17 on bottom. I cant find a lot of information about this. My rzr is a 15 1k. Everything goes fine for a while and then it starts to stumble under 3500 rpm. Eventually it will will stall out when I come to a stop.Cut the wire into where it is frayed. Skin back about 1/4" of insulation and slide on heat shrink. Solder the wire back together, dab on liquid electrical tape, slide the heat shrink over the area and heat. Voila, the short is fixed.Polaris Code 65591. The bad belt scenario is triggered by the crank position sensor. When you burn your belt and hour glass it, every time the clutch hits that portion of the belt, there is an rpm change. You cant notice it, but the CPS can.
